Acquisition SNEL Shared Logistics by Vos Logistics finalized

Strengthening of market position through growth in distribution, warehousing and cross-docking
Further growth in e-commerce fulfilment and home deliveries
More efficient use of vehicles and combination of goods flows ensures further progress in sustainability strategy

On 6 January, the acquisition of SNEL Shared Logistics by European Logistics Service Provider Vos Logistics was completed. As a result of this acquisition Vos Logistics has one of the largest distribution networks in the Benelux with 65,000 m² of storage and cross-dock facilities in the heart of the Netherlands. With this, the company strengthens its market position in the field of distribution, warehousing and cross-docking. The acquisition will increase Vos Logistics' storage capacity to 315,000 m² and its fleet to 1,400 tractor units.
